My hair has always been thin but I used to have a lot more of it and it was more manageable.

After postpartum hair loss followed by perimenopause, I was desperate. My hair was damaged and I would loose so much with every wash and every time I would brush.

I tried more expensive shampoos and serums but no luck. Then one day I was told about this shampoo and conditioner and I am amazed.

I noticed a massive change after the first use - my hair was so soft and I had no issue detangling it using the conditioner in the shower. Very minimal hair loss and I already feel a little more thickness. Do follow the instructions and leave both the shampoo and conditioner to do their thing for a few minutes while you shower.

I really hope it continues and my hair goes back to normal. Only time will tell but I’m hopeful and that in itself is a feat!

I also had to contact their customer service for a small issue. The response was prompt and they went above and beyond so can also recommend them as a company.

I love the charcoal revitalising treatment and shampoo. These products leave my hair looking and feeling healthy, soft and shiny. I use the revitalising treatment most washes alternating with the conditioner.
